To provide funding for the cost of Further Education for ‘former street boys’ supported by Scripture Union of Peru.

Funds may be used for

• tuition fees
• books and study materials
• accommodation and meals
• clothing
• personal hygiene products
• medical expenses
• transport

Letters and parcels may be sent to the students via SCoP, but the Trustees reserve the right to scrutinise the contents.

Sponsors may be able to join a work team subject to normal selection criteria.

At least once a year, sponsors will be provided with feedback about the students who are being sponsored by SCoP.

The Trustees would like sponsors to maintain their support for as long as possible but accept that circumstances may change and, therefore, sponsors may withdraw financial support at any time, without notice, by cancelling their standing order.

As a Christian charity, SCoP encourages sponsors to commit to praying for the students.

Funds are granted to Scripture Union of Peru in good faith and are somewhat beyond the control of the Charity Trustees.

Students will be selected at the Trustees’ discretion.

Continuance of sponsorship of any individual student will be at the Trustees’ discretion.

Funds will be used at the Trustees’ discretion for the benefit of students and are not refundable.
